November is a time to be thankful. Some things to be thankful for are: Family, Friends, Jobs, Sports, School, Houses, and Food. Thanksgiving is the most important time of the year because people start thinking about how much people give thanks to each other, and they can reflect on that.

At the November meeting, the roll call was answered by saying something you are thankful for. There were 17 members, two leaders, and six parents at the meeting. Harper Collins opened the meeting by leading the pledge. Kiersten Coup gave a treasure report, and reporter Brooklyn Brozek said that last month’s meeting had been reported but not published.

Leader Stacey Zerbe talked to us about which families would be able to help with the fire station Santa day for the community. She mentioned we needed to find a family to take charge of this project. Stacey handed out pictures and ribbons from the State Fair. Leader Marcia Ryan handed back record books for those that had turned them in on time and rewarded them with a 4H lanyard.

Breken Coup gave a project talk on how to wrap Christmas gifts. Mac Collins led recreation in the gym by providing a game of redemption line tag. The Coup family gave refreshments. Mac Collins motioned to adjourn the meeting, which was seconded after saying the club motto, “To Make the Best Better”.
